Hydrosol has established itself in the international market as a centre of excellence for the development of stabilizing systems for specific applications.

From hundreds of single components the “Stabiliser People” create tailor-made functional systems for:

  • Dairy products, desserts and ice cream
  • Delicatessen specialities and ready meals
  • Meat and sausage products and fish products

In its development work Hydrosol benefits from cooperation with its sister companies in the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe.

The firms’ activities revolve around extensive applications research at the Technology Centre in Ahrensburg, near Hamburg, Germany.
